1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Pulsed ("the Service"), operated by Zayari Developments ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Pulsed is a paid media analytics platform that connects to your Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts to provide AI-powered performance monitoring, issue detection, and optimization insights.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use Pulsed. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

4. Platform connections

Pulsed requires OAuth authorization to access your advertising platform data. By connecting your accounts, you:

  • Authorize Pulsed to access your advertising performance data as described in our Privacy Policy
  • Confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the advertising accounts you connect
  • Understand that you can revoke access at any time through your platform settings or by disconnecting within Pulsed

5. Subscriptions and billing

Pulsed offers subscription plans with different features and account limits. Subscription details:

  • All plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial.
  • After the trial, you will be billed monthly according to your selected plan
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or accounts
  • Use the Service to harm, disrupt, or negatively impact other users or the platform
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or harvest data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

7. AI-generated insights

Pulsed uses artificial intelligence to analyze your advertising data and generate insights, recommendations, and health scores. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated insights are recommendations, not guaranteed outcomes
  • You are solely responsible for any actions taken based on insights provided by Pulsed
  • AI analysis may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete results
  • Pulsed does not guarantee any specific advertising performance improvements

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and AI models, is owned by Zayari Developments. You retain ownership of your advertising data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulsed and Zayari Developments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, advertising spend, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
